trying something new

I thought I would try this blog thing. I have loved reading everyone else's blog, so why should I deprive the world of my interesting life.

Right now, I have successfully wasted the afternoon working on this blog. I should be packing up the house, because we sold it this morning!!!!!!!!!!! We are so excited, but now it's real. Mom came out and helped me get started packing a few weeks ago, but since she left I have only packed 5 boxes. Therefore, I just booked her a plane ticket out to Midland for next week. She's the cheapest worker I could find! She shouldn't have packed so well.

The boys got to meet my dear friend, Liz, today. She was in town to see her new nephew and finally got to meet the boys. The guys did great at lunch. They are always on their best behavior when we're out. I think I should enjoy it while it lasts. Then, we went to Darby's house and got some cute clothes for Christmas. She's selling a line http://www.justduckyoriginals.com/ . I will have the two cutest boys on Christmas morning! I can't imagine what they will be like in five months. Our world will be totally different by then.

Tonight Chris and Myndi are in town, so Mom and Dad get a second night in a row out on the town. Lily was here last night. I told her I wanted a picture of her and the boys, and she said, "Pictures mean things are coming to an end." I assured her she was crazy and there will be no end to Lily. She has been an angel and the boys nor I would be doing so well without her. Tonight we have Grammie on duty. What a treat...two night out with my handsome hubby!
