Apparently one of the side effects of moving is stomach trouble. First of all, the boys are not "processing" their food as well as they usually do. The dogs have started going in the house and I still have a baby bump. I didn't realize how intutive my children were. They have been slightly out of sorts this week. I'm not sure if they sense my stress or all the extra people at the house or lack of schedule, plus I put Brody on a new food. I don't think I'm following any of those stupid books very well. The dogs are just being toots. I think they are worried they are being sold with the house (as they should be). As for me, if I see JLo's skinny ass one more time I'm going to scream. I keep hoping all this packing, stress, and babying will help remove some "twin skin" from my middle. I was reading an article about JLo's "lack of help". I call BS. She and Marc have two assistants each (as stated in the article) , not to mention all their other staff. She was bragging they don't have nannies. Well, I bet one of those four assistants can hold a screaming baby pretty stinkin well.
As far as the house goes...it's paper plates and stryofoam cups for the next 16 days. Sorry to my green friends. Mom left today and I couldn't have done it without her and Steph. Between the three of us we managed to pack up the entire house and keep two babies happy. Thanks girls. The hardest room to be in is the boys room. Todd and I spent so much time doing their room. I was huge when we hung everything on the walls and put together the cribs. We were looking at pics of their room and I got a little teary eyed. I remember the night I came home from the hospital, I just walked past it. Luckily the door was closed (thanks Moxie). The next morning before returning to the hospital I went in. Todd found me crying standing in the middle of the room, lost. It will be fun to redo their room and get to bring them to their new home. They will never know this house, but you can bet everytime we drive by and I go "that's the house I brought you home from the hospital to" they will be in the back seat rolling those beautiful blue eyes.
I'm taking a break from packing until Monday. Todd is off this weekend and we are going to play. I can't wait. I've earned it!
Have a great weekend!
