Nine Months Old

Happy Nine Month Birthday, Henley!

She had her well check today

weight: 20lbs 7oz (80%)

height: 28.75" (90%)

head: 17.75 (75%)

Eating Habits:

-Formula and last of my frozen stash of breast milk

-Oatmeal for breakfast

-Eats all her veggies and fruits

-Eats Chicken, but realizes half-way through the jar, it's weird

-Just discovered Mac n Cheese (LOVES it)

-Enjoys her puffs and crunchies

-drinks water from her cup

Sleeping Habits

Sleeps through the night (with the help of her sound machine set to "crashing waves" to drowned out her brothers)

-naps in the morning as we are leaving the YMCA

-naps anytime we are in the car

-takes one long afternoon nap in her crib (if mommy's lucky) What Henley can do:

-about to crawl, any minute now

-can cover an entire room by scooching on her bottom or belly

-words: mama, dada, baba (bottle and /or bye-bye)

-loves to clap

-practices waving, does not do it on command

-loves bath time or an occasional shower

-enjoys being outside

-fascinated by our dog (is amazed we have a dog each and every day)

-does not like being the last person left in a room!!!!!

This is what her hair looks like at the end of the day. Her lovely locks always receive a lot of attention. Today, someone asked if her hair was real. Are you kidding me? Did they think I clipped it on with her bow? Each morning I have to dampen it and the curls are back!
