Owen & Brody's First Day of PreK4

Today is the day...my boys are going to PreK4 five days a week...they are big boys!

Owen's classroom is not in the same area as the rest of the PreSchool rooms so we went to his room first.  He was not going in alone...we all went in together and looked around and met his sweet teacher.  He was still a little apprehensive until he saw his clipboard in his cubby (thankful for sweet friend that took our stuff to Meet the Teacher when we were out of town).  The familiar clipboard put him at ease. Then...his very special friend, Addie, came up and greeted him with a hug and kiss...he was good to go and glad to send Mom and Dad on our way!

Brody's room is right next to his room from last year and his teacher is familiar because he saw her all the time at school last year.  He did hesitate for a minute, then he was offer Playdough and all fears were forgotten.  The boys are so lucky to know most of the kids in their classes. I know it's going to be a great year!

Don't let her smile fool you...she boohoo-ed and threw herself on the floor because she didn't get to stay with her brothers!  She'll be there too soon!
