We have had rain for an entire week. This is weird as we live in the desert, right? Not to mention the boys are starting to climb the walls. I know it's partly my laziness, but I don't want to get myself out in it much less try and load these two knuckleheads in the rain. We are all so excited school starts next week!

Owen is such a hard worker
After we went and got new shoes, we stopped for our very first personal ice cream from McDonald's. I bought two thinking they would let me feed them, and I would 1/2 of each. No such luck, as soon as they ran into the house they ran for their chairs! Darn it!

SO good! Owen would bump his lip or teeth with the spoon and get a drop of ice cream and go ummmm. It took a few attempts but finally he connected with an entire bite, whoa! He really got into it then!
Brody was a pro from the word go. He was taking HUGE bites. I kept waiting for a brain-freeze but I don't think he ever got one. He was done in record time with no left-overs for his momma!
