Going Down to the River

We spent this weekend in Gruene, Texas on the river with Nana & Papa D.
Uncle Jody, Aunt Kathy and Jacob and Liam came down for a day too!

We got in late Thursday, so we had no idea of our surroundings...this is what we woke up to Friday morning

First order of business, chase the ducks!!

By Saturday we were dying to get into the river

 

 

 

This was about 20 yards down river from the house...Brody was determined he was going down the rapids, and he DID...a couple of times

 

 

Time to fish

Jacob was the champion fisherman! He caught fish after fish after fish!

This was so funny...all four boys (you can see the toy Brody is holding on the left) were thick as thieves and thought they were so funny teasing Henley through the glass...She could have cared less!

Great weekend!!!!! We are so blessed with our wonderful family!
