O&B's 4 Year Well-Check

My boys are happy healthy sweet growing little guys! We went in for the well check this morning and it was a rough start. They know Dr. Nabulsi's parking lot from a mile away. The tears and drama started flying at me....WHOA...I explained to them this was not because they were sick, it was a check up to see how big their muscles were (we love to flex our big muscles around here). We made it in the building. Once our names were called we strolled back with little resistance. The height and weight check were easy. I explained the blood pressure cuff as a tool to measure their HUGE biceps. Owen was so excited to see how big his were that he volunteered to go first. He played it off well, but Brody was not going for it. He was very hesitant but let J put the cuff on, then it got TIGHT and he started to stress. Needless to say his blood pressure was a little high. Oh well, that's done. Their exam with Dr. Nabulsi went great! He was pleased with their progress and said they looked great. As far as the check list, Mommy did not score very well. The boys need to know their address and my phone number...time to study!

WEIGHT: Owen 39 lbs (75%) Brody 35 lbs (50%)

HEIGHT: Owen 41.9 in (90%) Brody 41.9 in (90%)

The boys are wearing mostly size 4T shirts and pants (only if adjustable). On the bottom, they can wear all of last year's 3T's easily. Owen wears a 11.5 shoe and Brody is in an 11. They generally don't care what they wear. I still usually present two outfits and whoever speaks up first get first choice. I can't handle the fighting and indecisiveness that early in the morning if they were to pick out their clothes. Plus, their clothes are upstairs and once we are down, we are not ALL going back up. Owen loves his cowboy boots. Brody would live in his pajamas. They are still EXTREMELY picky eaters, but we are trying new things, which is a big deal. Owen is a pancake man and Brody is a strictly waffles man. Owen always goes for the milkshake and B will want lemonade. O&B are sweet boys and we are so lucky they are ALL ours!
