Farewell Sweet Dixie

We will miss you sweet little Dixie dog

Todd got Dixie for a Christmas present his freshman year in high school (1994). She was a sweet, smart, quirky little dog. She loved Todd first and foremost, but had become quite the protector of Grammie ever since Todd left for college. She played dead when you shot her, would do anything for a piece of cheese and was famous for attacking the oven EVERY time you opened the oven door. She was so sweet and the boys had really taken a liking to her lately (since they finally figured out she was a dog). Owen especially loved to chase "Dis-See" around Grammie's kitchen. She might have been tiny but she was the Queen!
