The kids are too funny. I keep meaning to post these...
Owen...when I picked him up from his first day of school we had the following conversation as we were pulling out of the parking lot...
O " mom, I like to talk"
Me "yes, I'm aware. (Eye roll)"
O "well, we are not supposed to talk in kindergarten"
Me "yes"
O "I'll do better tomorrow"
I assume he got in trouble for talking and this was his confession...
I walked up to the door to get Henley from her first day bc new moms don't understand the parking lot diagram for carpool. She is dismissed, and runs to me...I asked her " How was your first day?!?!" She replies "you got your nails painted!"....well, yes I did...guess she had a good day
Brody...the only thing this sweet thing is interested in is sea life. He has requested a t-shirt with an octopus wearing glasses, a pet coconut crab ( yes, this is a real thing), and just wait until you see his Halloween costume!
One more Owen story...I picked him up and his teacher, while helping them into the car, gave me the heads up that Owen had been in time out that day... She was explaining to me that during recess Owen was throwing a stick and that it was acceptable because of so many kids Ina small area...Owen stopped her with "excuse me, Mrs. Goodwin, It was a rock!" She never broke stride and said, "yes, you are correct Owen, I'm sorry, it was a rock"...Gotta love my little honest man!

Excited her clipboard finally came in! Officially a preschooler now!

The boys got haircuts last week. I let Brody keep some length, but at least it's not in his eyes anymore

Henley got into the markers! I'm not used to the trouble she finds. Her brothers were WAY more timid and less curious, and I guess we never had markers

Time for another Aggie victory! I did pick the dress. Henley gets credit for the boots & glasses.

My little Aggie boys
